Our classes
AERIAL ACROBATICS (SILKS & HOOP)
Students learn a range of aerial hoop and silk skills as well as acrobatic conditioning. We have classes for both juniors (prep-primary to year 3), intermediates (year 4-6) and seniors (year 7+).

ACROBATICS EXTENSION
Students will work on strength and flexibility to be able to execute acrobatic balancing and contortion skills as well as the power, strength and conditioning to be able to execute acrobatic tumbling skills.
These classes are a training extension of our general acrobatics classes. Experience in acrobatics is necessary and students must also be enrolled in an acrobatics class to be able to attend this classes.


JAZZ
Jazz is an upbeat style of dance combining dance steps/movements, technique and a range of skills.
We offer tiny (2 years to pre-primary), junior (year 1-3), intermediate (year 4-6) & senior (year 7+) classes.



TAP
Tap requires movement of the feet wearing tap shoes to execute steps and choreography.
We offer tiny (2 years to pre-primary), junior/intermediate (year 1-6) & senior (year 7+) classes.
In 2025 we will be following the Tap Roots Syllabus.



ACROBATICS
Acrobatics combines tumbling, strength, balancing and dance skills.
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced acrobatics classes.
Class requirements:
Beginner - any skill level
Intermediate - must have a bend back kick over and handstand bend back recover
Advanced - must have a back handspring and/or side aerial



LYRICAL
Lyrical is a softer dance style that combines jazz and ballet technique to tell a story through movement.
Junior/intermediate (year 1-6) & senior (year 7+) classes.


CONTEMPORARY
Contemporary is a more interpretive style of dance that uses traditional ballet technique and requires execution of a range of different skills and tricks.
Junior/intermediate (year 1-6) & senior (year 7+) classes.


BALLET
Ballet is a disciplined style of dance where students perform set technique and exercises that are the foundation of all dance .
We offer tiny (2 years to pre-primary), junior/intermediate (year 1-6) & senior (year 7+) classes.
All ballet students must have the correct uniform requirements to be able to participate in their classes. This includes:
- Hair tied back neatly in a bun
- Leotard and ballet tights to be worn
- Ballet shoes to be worn



MUSICAL PRODUCTION
Musical production includes singing, dancing and acting. Students will explore different musicals and pieces of music whilst learning to express themselves as a triple threat in the entertainment industry.
We offer one open musical production class that is best suited to students 8 years and older.


HEELS
Heels is a jazz dance based class that combines technique and movement to perform more mature pieces of choreography.
This class is for students aged 15 & over.
Any type of heels you are comfortable in are able to worn in this class.

HIP HOP
Hip hop is a street style of dance that includes a range of different skills and tricks associated with different styles of hip hop choreography.
Junior (year 1-3), intermediate (year 4-6) & senior (year 7+) classes.
White, flat sole sneakers are preferred to be worn in this class.


MODELLING
Modelling lessons include:
• Posture & deportment
• Skincare and makeup
• Nail & hair care
• Runway & performance skills
• Choreography & movement
• Photographic posing
• Acting, casting and audition techniques
• Wardrobe planning
• Health & nutrition
• Social & table etiquette
• Motivation, positive self-image & confidence building
• Social media & bullying
• Professional aspects of working as a model
Modelling students also have the option to participate in Pageants. They will be prepared for these in their classes.



POLE FITNESS
Pole fitness is a great way to gain strength, mobility & flexibility, get fit, meet new friends, increase self confidence and have fun.
The pole fitness timetable will be updated and released each term.

Age is taken by school year.
